- Made to Order pieces: delivery within 5 to 7 weeks

Returns
- Enjoy free and easy returns within 14 days of receiving your order for all ready-to-ship jewelry. Custom, made-to-order, and resized pieces cannot be returned (except in case of manufacturer's defect). Please read our full return policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
Each one of our pieces is lovingly packaged in a handmade custom velvet box in our signature berry color before shipping. To add a note with your package, simply email us with your order number and message immediately after placing your order.
